E85 Use Will Rise Substantially Starting in 2004

According to the Energy Information Administration, the use of E85 is predicted to rise 20 percent a year beginning in 2004 and continuing through 2020. The Agency's Annual Energy Outlook 1998 forecasts E85 use to grow from 120 million gallons a year to 1.56 billion gallons by 2020.
