Third Capitol Hill Renewable Energy Expo Boosts Ethanol
In May, the House Renewable Energy Caucus and
the Sustainable Energy Coalition held their third expo to showcase energy
efficient and renewable energy technologies to congressional members and
staff.
According to the Sustainable Energy Coalition, four years of surveys of
the American public have indicated the depth and breadth of public support
for federal funding of renewable energy research and development. Founded
in 1992, the Coalition is composed of more than 40 national business, environmental
and energy policy organizations.
The Renewable Energy Caucus is a bipartisan group comprised of 120 members
of Congress who support research and development for renewable energy.
