The policy committee members of the Coalition, Minnesota Representatives Sharon Clark and Lois Mack, were directed to review the Coalition's bylaws at the group's Pennsylvania meeting.

The first draft of the revision was submitted to representatives in August. Any comments on the proposed changes are due by October 1.
