Pennsylvania Moves Toward MTBE Ban

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives voted unanimously in favor of legislation that would prohibit the sale or distribution of gasoline containing MTBE effective January 1, 2005. House Bill No. 1918 is currently pending in the state Senate.
