Governor Branstad Congratulates Chrysler
On Fuel Cell Technology
Governor Branstad congratulated Chrysler on the fuel cell development at the coalition meeting
and said that he would be writing Chrysler President Brent Wheel urging him to use ethanol as
the fuel for the fuel cell reformer.
"These fuel cells were originally designed with the use of ethanol as the primary fuel," Branstad
said, "so it certainly makes sense that ethanol should be the test fuel."
