"To provide you with a different perspective, Governor Vilsack together with Nebraska Governor Mike Johanns, Chair of the Coalition's Marketing Committee, would welcome the opportunity to visit with you in Sacramento and to discuss with you the benefits that ethanol has afforded to each of our states. These benefits could be enjoyed by California as well."
