Mexico City Receives Buses

Mexico
The Swedish-based bus manufacturer Scania recently provided 2 ethanol-powered buses for use in the Mexico City bus fleet. The city is looking to ethanol to both help reduce its air pollution problem while providing a new market for available ethanol. The city hopes to utilize alternative fuels as it replaces 12,000 buses over the next ten years.
