A number studies required under California Governor Gray Davis' Executive Order will be reviewed by members of the
state's Environmental Policy Council, as well as the public, on January 18 in Sacramento.

Among the areas covered by the reports include an environmental fate and transport analysis of ethanol in air, surface water and groundwater as well as the health risks of ethanol in gasoline, the products of incomplete combustion of ethanol in gasoline and any resulting secondary transformation products.
